ACCEPTANCE AND APPLICATION

Argyll Livestock Farm inc. (“Argyll Farm”, "we," "us" or "our") provides this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to inform you (“User” or “Users” or “you”) of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information and data we receive from Users using Argyll Farm’s website, products and services (the “Website” or the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to any and all persons using the Services.

Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms of Use. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion and without any liability whatsoever, to change or otherwise modify the Privacy Policy without prior notice, and your continued access or use of the Services signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Privacy Policy. If we modify it, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Privacy Policy. If you have an account with Argyll Farm, we will also send you an e-mail explaining the changes we will be implementing thirty (30) days before they become effective. By continuing to access or use the Services, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. If the modified Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, please do not use the Services.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

Personal Information : To use the Services, you may have to first provide personal information that will allow you to be identified ("Personal Information"). This type of information will not be collected without your consent, and we expressly acknowledge that we will not use your Personal Information for any other purposes than those mentioned below without your consent. For certain portions of the Services, such as for the creation of an account or online orders, we shall collect Personal Information that you voluntarily upload or provide us through your use of the Services, such as your name, email, address, and phone number. We may obtain Personal Information from other third parties regarding you, such as when you register with such a party to participate in one of such party’s services offered via such party’s website or mobile app, or through our Services. RETENTION OF INFORMATION

The information you consent to disclose and that is maintained on our Website is anonymized, which means that your information cannot be used through our Website to identify you in any way. In addition, we only keep this information when you have an account with our Website. Thus, once your account is deactivated, your information is deleted. However, certain information is retained by the third party site Shopify, and is therefore governed by their information retention policy. We request that you to read Shopify’s information retention policy and consent to it before using our Services.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We restrict the use of our Services to individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under the age of 18.

RIGHT TO EXAMINE INFORMATION

You have the right to examine any of your Personal Information that we collect. Should you wish to examine such information, please send us a written request to info@argyllfarm.com. We reserve the right to charge you a reasonable administrative fee to access your information, as permitted by applicable law. In certain cases, we may not be able to provide you with access to all of your Personal Information (ex: if the information also pertains to the Personal Information of another User).

 

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

 

You may withdraw your consent to the collection of Personal Information at any time by sending a written request to info@argyllfarm.com. Upon receiving notice that you have revoked your consent, we will stop using your Personal Information within a reasonable time, which will vary depending on what information we have collected and for what purpose. Please note that we will send you an email confirmation upon receipt of your request. Please note that if you do choose to withdraw such consent, your experience of the Services may be diminished.

 

PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

 

You may opt out of receiving promotional messages from us by following the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account, about Services you have requested, or our ongoing business relations.
